About the Role

The Associate Curriculum Developer, Regional Training Lead - JAPAC, plays a pivotal role in delivering consistent, high-quality onboarding and training experiences for CrowdStrike's Falcon Complete MDR security team. This position is crucial in managing regional training coordinators and team trainers, ensuring timely training completion, and serving as the primary point of contact for all regional training needs. By leveraging knowledge of cybersecurity and managed services, the successful candidate will work closely with Training & Onboarding leadership and Curriculum Developers to maintain global alignment while tailoring training approaches to meet regional nuances.

As part of the Training & Onboarding team, the Associate Curriculum Developer will be responsible for supporting system administration within the region, ensuring employees have real-time access to help and guidance. The role requires balancing people leadership, operational ownership, and hands-on training support, all while strengthening the global Falcon Complete training ecosystem.

The Training & Onboarding team at CrowdStrike is dedicated to designing, delivering, and scaling world-class learning experiences for Falcon Complete security analysts across the globe. As a collaborative and mission-focused team, they partner closely with regional leadership, onboarding leads, Curriculum Developers, Service Assurance, and cross-functional stakeholders. The team works in a distributed, remote-first environment where trust, ownership, and communication are essential.

What You Will Do

  • Manage regional training coordinators and team trainers to ensure alignment with Training & Onboarding processes, SOPs, and expectations.
  • Oversee onboarding and training for all new hires in the region, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience and timely progression through required learning paths.
  • Support the ongoing maintenance and evolution of training content by updating materials as processes change, tracking content health, and ensuring onboarding reflects current tools, workflows, and best practices.
  • Provide real-time training and system support within the region, contributing to a follow-the-sun model for key platforms used by Training and Onboarding.
  • Partner with Curriculum Developers to support the development of new training content and the refinement of existing materials.
  • Collaborate with regional stakeholders to understand training needs and develop targeted solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant training policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain detailed records of training activities, including attendance, feedback, and assessment results.
  • Analyze training data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance the training experience.

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in training development, delivery, or a related field, preferably in cybersecurity or a technical domain.
  • Proven experience with Excel and other productivity tools.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Experience managing or supporting training programs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Experience working with learning management systems and other training technologies.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and concepts, or the ability to quickly learn and apply this knowledge.
