What You Will Do

• Import translated XLIFF and caption files into authoring tools such as Articulate Rise and Storyline
• Rebuild translated course versions to match the English source, ensuring consistency and accuracy
• Correct formatting, layout, and timing issues in eLearning courses
• Sync audio, video, and animations to ensure a seamless user experience
• Implement edits provided by native-speaker reviewers, ensuring that all courses meet the highest standards of quality
• Collaborate with translators and regional translation reviewers to clarify complex edits and ensure linguistic accuracy
• Conduct technical QA to ensure functional accuracy and identify areas for improvement
• Maintain consistency across all language versions, ensuring that all courses meet the company's quality standards
• Document processes and contribute to workflow improvements, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in eLearning, attending webinars and workshops to develop your skills and knowledge

What We Are Looking For

• Experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise and Storyline
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows
• Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new tools and technologies
• Ability to work with feedback from multiple stakeholders, including translators, reviewers, and subject matter experts
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Experience working in a global or multilingual environment, with a strong understanding of cultural differences and nuances
• Familiarity with XLIFF, SRT, and VTT files, with the ability to import and export files accurately
• QA or content production experience, with a strong understanding of quality assurance principles and methodologies

Nice to Have

• Experience with video editing tools such as Synthesia and Vyond
• Experience working with multimedia assets such as audio, video, and animations
• Familiarity with agile project management methodologies and collaboration tools such as Trello and Asana
