The Associate Director of Client Strategy at Later is a pivotal role that involves crafting outcome-driven strategies for clients seeking to maximize their ROI through influencer marketing and social media marketing. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, account management, services, marketing, and product, to deliver exceptional results for clients.As a key member of the Later team, the Associate Director of Client Strategy will play a critical role in unlocking revenue impact from client accounts. This involves developing and implementing tailored strategies that meet the unique needs of each client, while also ensuring alignment with Later's overall business objectives. What You Will Do
- Develop and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies for clients, including research, campaign concept development, and performance analysis
- Collaborate with sales teams to create compelling new business proposals that showcase Later's capabilities and value proposition
- Prepare Strategic Business Reviews (SBRs) for key client accounts, providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations for growth and improvement
- Build and maintain industry best practices for influencer marketing and social media marketing, including research, campaign planning, and performance analysis
- Develop and maintain industry performance benchmarks, including metrics such as CPE, CPM, and engagement rates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on client strategies, best practices, and benchmarks
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to continuously enhance skills and expertise
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Later's products and services, including its AI-powered platform and data analytics capabilities
- Provide training and support to clients on Later's products and services, ensuring successful onboarding and adoption
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that drive revenue growth
- Expert-level knowledge of the influencer marketing and social media marketing landscape
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of Later's products and services, including its AI-powered platform and data analytics capabilities
- Experience working with Salesforce and Excel, with the ability to develop and maintain complex spreadsheets and data models
