In this role, you will have the chance to work with a wide range of clients, from industrial distributors to complex B2B sellers, and help them turn complexity into revenue. Your strong opinions, ability to execute without hand-holding, and leadership skills will be invaluable in driving success.

What You Will Do

  • Lead product feed strategy across a portfolio of B2B clients, from initial audit to full-channel optimization
  • Own feed architecture, attribute taxonomy, and feed health across Google Shopping, Microsoft Shopping, Amazon Business, and emerging B2B channels
  • Manage marketplace presence and performance for clients on Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central
  • Translate complex B2B product catalogs into clean, performant feed structures
  • Apply the company's proprietary three-treatment pricing framework across client catalog strategies
  • Serve as the senior strategic point of contact across your client portfolio
  • Lead QBRs, executive reporting, and strategic roadmaps with confidence
  • Identify expansion opportunities and proactively bring them to the table
  • Co-build the Directive Commerce methodology and document it
  • Actively use AI tools to improve feed quality, catalog management, and client deliverables
  • Contribute to new business pitches and RFP responses as a subject matter expert
  • Hire, onboard, and develop team members as the division scales

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 3 years of direct experience in product feed management and marketplace operations
  • Deep platform fluency in Feedonomics, DataFeedWatch, or equivalent enterprise feed management tools
  • Demonstrated Google and Microsoft Shopping campaign management at scale
  • Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central experience required, with Amazon Business experience being a meaningful differentiator
  • Experience with B2B ecommerce, industrial distribution, or high-SKU catalogs
  • Executive presence and ability to run QBRs with VP-level executives
  • People leadership experience, with a focus on team development and growth
  • A builder's orientation, with the ability to navigate a blank page and drive innovation
  • Practical, already-integrated AI fluency, with the ability to apply AI tools to drive business outcomes

Nice to Have

  • Experience with large product catalogs, including 10K+ SKUs
  • Working knowledge of compliance data, tiered pricing, and procurement integration
  • Familiarity with Amazon Business-specific features, such as quantity discounts and business pricing tiers
  • Experience with emerging B2B channels and marketplaces

Benefits and Perks

  • Competitive compensation package
  • Opportunity to work remotely from Canada, with flexibility and autonomy
  • Chance to build and lead a team, with a focus on development and growth
  • Collaborative and dynamic work environment, with a focus on innovation and creativity
  • Access to cutting-edge tools and technologies, including AI and machine learning platforms
  • Professional development opportunities, with a focus on continuing education and skills development
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage
  • Generous paid time off policy, with flexibility to balance work and personal life

How to Stand Out

  • Develop a strong understanding of Excel and AI tools, as they will be essential in navigating the complexities of large product catalogs and multi-channel distribution challenges.
  • Build a portfolio that showcases your experience in feed management, marketplace operations, and team leadership, and be prepared to discuss your approach to driving growth and innovation.
  • Research Directive's proprietary three-treatment pricing framework and be prepared to discuss how you would apply it in a real-world scenario.
  • Prepare to discuss your experience with B2B ecommerce, industrial distribution, or high-SKU catalogs, and how you would leverage that expertise to drive success in this role.
  • Be prepared to walk through your process for managing marketplace presence and performance, including how you would optimize feed health and architecture.
