About the Role

The Associate Director, Cost Management position at Cumming Group is an entry-level management role that focuses on developing skills necessary to become a Director. This involves overseeing a large client or multiple small clients, ensuring effective communication with the client management and Cost & Commercial Management team.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee monthly project budgets for current and forecasted expenditures
  • Lead the development of staff through supervision, training, coaching, and mentoring
  • Develop fee proposals and negotiate Professional Services Agreements
  • Provide quality assurance to project cost estimates and participate in industry events
  • Generate new revenue by developing new or existing client relationships
