About the Role

The Associate Director, Paid Media position at OuterBox is a pivotal role that requires a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape, particularly in paid media. This role entails leading the development and execution of comprehensive paid media strategies across various channels, including but not limited to Google Ads, Meta, and other emerging platforms. What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute multi-channel paid media strategies that drive business growth and brand awareness.
  • Lead and manage a team of paid media specialists, providing guidance on campaign optimization and best practices.
  • Conduct regular analysis of campaign performance, identifying areas of improvement and implementing data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with the analytics team to develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for paid media campaigns.
  • Work closely with the creative team to ensure that ad creatives are aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Manage and optimize campaign budgets to ensure maximum ROI, scaling successful campaigns and paused underperforming ones.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in paid media, applying this knowledge to improve campaign performance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including external partners and vendors.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to conceptualize new and innovative paid media campaigns.
  • Oversee the creation of campaign reports, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.

What We Are Looking For

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in paid media, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong understanding of paid media platforms, including Google Ads and Meta.
  • Experience in team management, with the ability to motivate and guide a distributed team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Certification in Google Ads and/or Meta Ads is a plus.
  • Experience with campaign management tools and platforms.
