About the Role
The Associate Director, Paid Media role at Directive is a pivotal position that requires a deep understanding of paid media campaigns, client engagement, and team leadership. As a key member of the Directive team, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, leading client engagement, and developing compelling campaigns that deliver results. The role is remote, allowing candidates to work from anywhere in the US, and offers a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced and dynamic team.The Associate Director, Paid Media will be responsible for setting goals for client engagements, ensuring best practices are followed across all channels and mediums, and breaking down barriers to approval. They will also be responsible for building structure, creating a cadence, supporting their team proactively, and empowering them with clear and concise communication.

What You Will Do
- Set goals for client engagements and ensure they are aligned with the company's overall strategy
- Develop and implement paid media campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, search, and display
- Conduct LTV:CAC modeling and customer generation analysis to inform campaign decisions
- Collaborate with the strategy team to develop and implement functional content
- Break down barriers to approval and ensure roadblocks are addressed proactively
- Build structure and create a cadence for team meetings and communication
- Support and empower team members with clear and concise communication
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, including the latest advancements in AI and automation
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with the revenue operations team to develop and implement revenue-generating strategies
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in paid media, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of paid media campaigns, including social media, search, and display
- Experience with LTV:CAC modeling and customer generation analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and provide insights and recommendations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Experience with Excel and other data analysis tools
- Strong understanding of the SaaS and tech industries, with a focus on customer generation and SQL targets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on driving business growth
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI and automation in paid media, including the use of machine learning algorithms and natural language processing
- Certification in paid media, such as Google Ads or Facebook Ads certification
- Experience with revenue operations, including the development and implementation of revenue-generating strategies
- Strong understanding of the latest industry trends and developments, including the use of customer data platforms and account-based marketing
