About the Role
The Associate Director, Paid Media, is a pivotal position at Directive, overseeing client and employee retention and driving SQL growth.Responsibilities
- Set goals for every client engagement in their pod.
- Ensure best practices are followed across all channels and mediums, including LTV:CAC modeling, customer generation, share of SERP, and functional content.
- Break down barriers to campaign success and support strategists in earning approvals.
- Build structure, create a cadence, and empower the team with clear communication and expectation setting.
