Day-to-day, the Associate Director will be responsible for setting goals for client engagements, ensuring best practices are followed across all channels, and breaking down barriers to campaign approval. This involves a deep understanding of the client's business objectives and the ability to translate these into effective paid media strategies. The role also requires strong leadership skills, as the Associate Director will be responsible for the growth and development of their team members.

What You Will Do

  • Set goals for every client engagement in your pod, ensuring they are challenging yet achievable.
  • Ensure all clients follow best practices across paid search and social media channels.
  • Implement LTV:CAC modeling to optimize client campaigns for long-term value.
  • Develop and execute Customer Generation strategies to drive SQLs and customers for clients.
  • Collaborate with strategists to create compelling, functional content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Identify and mitigate roadblocks to campaign approval, working closely with strategists to establish action plans.
  • Foster a culture of accountability within your team, empowering team members through clear communication and expectation setting.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, including advancements in AI and automation, and apply this knowledge to enhance marketing strategies.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a growth mindset and future-focused approach to your work.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in paid search and social media marketing, with a focus on strategy development and team leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Expertise in Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Experience with campaign management platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
