About the Role

The Associate Director, Paid Search & Social is a key position at Directive, responsible for driving client and employee retention through strategic leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Setting goals for client engagements and ensuring best practices are followed across all channels
  • Breaking down barriers to campaign approval and supporting strategists in earning a yes
  • Building structure, creating a cadence, and empowering team members with clear communication and expectation setting

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Excel and a strong analytical mindset
  • Experience in paid media, SEO, and analytics

  • Knowledge of LTV:CAC modeling, Customer Generation, and Share of SERP
