About the Role

The Associate Director, Paid Search & Social, plays a crucial role at Directive, overseeing client engagements and team performance. This position is key to driving client retention and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Set goals for every client engagement in your pod.
  • Ensure all clients follow best practices across channels and mediums, including LTV:CAC modeling, Customer Generation, and Share of SERP.
  • Break down barriers to strategy approval and support your team in earning client buy-in.
  • Build structure, create a cadence, and empower your team with clear communication and expectation setting.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Experience in paid search and social media marketing

  • Knowledge of performance marketing principles and methodology
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

How to Stand Out

  • Develop a strong understanding of LTV:CAC modeling and Customer Generation principles to stand out in your application.
