About the Role
As an Associate Director of Paid Search at Zeta Global, you will be responsible for leading client relationships, developing strategic roadmaps, and overseeing the execution of paid search campaigns. Your day-to-day tasks will involve managing campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and SA360, as well as collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with client objectives. With a focus on innovation and continuous improvement, you will be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.The paid search landscape is constantly evolving, with new features and platforms emerging regularly. As a seasoned professional, you will be expected to distill complex data into actionable insights, providing strategic guidance to clients and driving measurable results. Your ability to balance hands-on management with high-level strategic thinking will be essential in this role.

What You Will Do
- Develop and present strategic roadmaps, testing plans, and growth opportunities to clients
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of paid search campaigns, including account setup, budget pacing, optimization, and reporting
- Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and SA360, ensuring flawless execution and measurable results
- Establish testing frameworks and innovation pipelines to continuously improve campaign performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign execution aligns with client objectives
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, ensuring best practices are consistently applied
- Deliver clear, data-driven performance reports and insights to clients, diving into the 'why' behind the data
- Recommend testing strategies, budget allocation shifts, and bid strategy adjustments based on performance trends
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reporting
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of relevant paid search experience, with hands-on experience in managing monthly campaign budgets of $500k+
- Experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, and Google Ads Editor
- Meticulous attention to detail, with a focus on data-driven decision making
- Strong understanding of campaign optimization, bid strategy, and budget allocation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with GA4, Shopping, Vehicle Ads, and Performance Max campaigns (preferred but not required)
- Google Ads and Microsoft Ads certification (preferred but not required)
Nice to Have
- Experience with Adjust, a mobile marketing platform
- Familiarity with Zeta's proprietary database and AI-powered marketing tools
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
