About the Role

Join HighLevel as the Associate Director of Product Strategy & Operations, focusing on key retention metrics like Trial to Paid (TTP), churn rates, and NPS. This role is integral to our Strategy & Operations team, working closely with product and platform leaders to enhance user experience.
