About the Role
The Associate Director/Director of Patient and Site Centric Solutions is a critical role at Lifelancer, responsible for driving sales growth through the development and execution of go-to-market strategies. This position will act as a bridge between sales, strategy, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and accountability in the development of new patient and site solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, with a focus on patient-centric solutions and GTM strategies.As a key member of the Global Patient and Site Centric Solutions team, the Associate Director/Director will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of solutions, including patient recruitment and retention, site enablement solutions, remote research clinicians, and clinical trial educators. This role will require strong commercial acumen, with the ability to develop and execute GTM enablement plans, including training, marketing campaigns, and external content creation.

What You Will Do
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for patient and site centric solutions, including market positioning, pricing, and sales enablement
- Act as a bridge between sales, strategy, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and accountability in the development of new patient and site solutions
- Support solution development and delivery of new solutions to market with commercial packages, proof points, and messaging to differentiate offerings in competitive markets
- Manage core opportunities within full-service offerings, ensuring accurate forecasting, CRM updates, and pipeline health
- Review full-service pipeline to target opportunities suitable for patient and site centric solutions offerings
- Collaborate with strategy leads and TSLs on proposal development, pricing, and solution design
- Support PSCS pipeline calls, win-loss analysis, and work with global inside sales support across the full PSCS pipeline
- Maintain customer engagement and satisfaction, monitoring pipeline and reporting in CRM
- Partner with TSSU to host therapeutic calls where business development teams can ask questions related to specific therapeutic areas and present on CoE LT calls to create awareness of patient and site centric solutions offerings
- Support internal education on patient and site centric solutions offerings, creating and maintaining learning edge modules and sales spot content
What We Are Looking For
- Extensive experience (8+ years) in patient recruitment, patient retention, site solutions, mobile research nursing, strategy, or GTM roles
- Related industry experience in clinical trials, with a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a science or business function
- Graduate degree or MPH not required but a plus
- Experience leading go-to-market strategies for patient- or site-centric solutions, including positioning, pricing, and sales enablement
- Proven ability to partner with sales and business development to support pipeline growth and deal execution
- Strong client-facing and executive communication skills, including presentations to senior sponsor stakeholders
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional, matrixed environments
