## About the Role The Associate Director/Director Strategy, Real World Evidence and Late Phase, will play a vital role in developing and implementing innovative solutions for clients. As a subject matter expert in Real World Evidence, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver strategies that drive business growth. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and the ability to navigate complex projects.
The role is part of the Clinical Solutions team, which operates with a drug development mindset, applying expertise to understand customer needs and shape solutions. As a leader in the organization, you will be expected to collaborate with passionate problem solvers, innovating as a team to help customers achieve their goals.

## What You Will Do - Act as a subject matter expert in Real World Evidence study design and strategy across Syneos Health - Develop innovative Real World Data-based solutions to drive business growth - Enhance growth, identify opportunities, and drive sales for the Real World Evidence and Late Phase Business Unit - Work with current and potential clients to identify their Real World Evidence needs and serve as a liaison between sponsors and internal Syneos teams - Collaborate with operations teams to determine project delivery requirements and ensure customer satisfaction post-delivery - Work closely with Business Development to identify and generate early engagement and potential sales opportunities - Continuously manage sales enablement collateral and serve as a go-to point person for conflict resolution and setting expectations - Document all contacts in Salesforce for tracking and metrics - Provide accountability, preparation, and leadership for customer ballparks, Request for Information, Request for Proposals, presentations, proposal defenses, and bid defense meetings - Analyze department sales data and present to leadership - Coordinate the necessary medical/scientific input from outside experts/consultants/advisors - Represent Syneos Health by attending industry meetings, speaking engagements, participating in booth exhibitions, and publishing scientific or industry-related articles - Participate in the development of Standard Operating Procedures, medical/scientific tools, training, staffing requirements, and more - Identify and oversee the delivery of Real World Evidence and Late Phase vendor/partner services - Contribute account-level insights to identify and address operational risks and areas for process improvement
## What We Are Looking For - Bachelor's degree in life sciences, nursing, or a related field - Experience in the development of scientific or medical solutions - Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and Real World Evidence - Experience with Salesforce and sales enablement tools - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and navigate complex projects - Strong leadership and problem-solving skills - Experience in business development and sales growth - Strong analytical and data analysis skills
## Nice to Have - Advanced degree in life sciences, nursing, or a related field - Experience in a related field, such as clinical research or pharmacovigilance - Certification in a related field, such as pharmaceuticals or biotechnology - Experience with data analysis and statistical software - Knowledge of regulations and guidelines governing the pharmaceutical industry
