Job Description

About the Role

Ramp is seeking an Associate, GTM Finance & Operations to drive its next phase of growth. This role will be a key strategic partner to cross-functional teams, shaping financial goals and how to achieve them.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own detailed financial and operational models, ensuring the highest quality and accuracy
  • Design and implement processes & systems to support and scale one of the industry’s fastest-growing GTM organizations
  • Identify and develop KPIs; build dashboards to monitor performance and communicate insights to relevant stakeholders
  • Lead planning analyses for cross-functional teams, evaluating tradeoffs across growth, efficiency, and resourcing
  • Use data to influence and inform key strategic business, GTM, and Product decisions

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, Operations, Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Corporate Finance, or a similar analytical role, preferably in a high-growth environment

How to Stand Out

  • Familiarize yourself with Excel to effectively manage financial models and data analysis.
  • Showcase your ability to design and implement scalable processes and systems.
  • Be prepared to communicate complex financial insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highlight any experience with GTM finance and operations in your application.
  • Prepare examples of how you've used data to inform strategic business decisions in previous roles.
