About the Role

As a member of DoorDash's Sales Enablement team, you will empower sales teams to enhance their productivity and effectiveness. This role focuses on developing comprehensive onboarding programs for sales representatives in the SMB New Verticals organization, fostering continuous learning and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the enablement lifecycle, from content creation to delivery and reporting.
  • Design and implement customized onboarding and upskilling programs.
  • Organize regular office hours, Q&A sessions, and forums for feedback.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing to support new feature rollouts.
  • Create clear, seller-ready communication and training materials.
