About the Role

The Associate Manager, Talent Acquisition at Bjak is a critical position that requires a deep understanding of the hiring process and the ability to drive results. As a key member of the talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes, from intake to close, and ensuring that the company's hiring goals are met. You will work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to identify and prioritize hiring needs, and develop strategies to attract and retain top talent. What You Will Do

  • Own end-to-end hiring across assigned roles, from intake to close
  • Build pipelines from scratch using direct sourcing, referrals, and targeted outreach
  • Drive hiring decisions with clear signals, not just interview feedback
  • Keep processes moving, remove delays, and chase feedback to close candidates
  • Redesign interview questions, scorecards, and assessments to raise the hiring bar
  • Improve recruitment processes to increase speed, quality, and consistency across hiring
  • Build employer presence through content, messaging, and candidate experience
  • Manage multiple roles with speed and consistency
  • Identify and fix weak points in the hiring process, from sourcing strategy to interview quality
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform hiring decisions

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, either in-house or agency-side
  • Proven track record of closing roles in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sourcing ability, with the ability to generate pipelines without relying on inbound applicants
  • Good judgment, with the ability to identify strong candidates beyond resumes
  • Ability to manage multiple roles with speed and consistency
  • Willingness to challenge and improve existing processes
  • Clear and direct communication with hiring managers and candidates
