As a Tech Placement Associate, you will work closely with the hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop job descriptions, and create a robust recruitment strategy. Your ability to communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders will be essential in driving placement outcomes and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to meet the hiring needs of upGrad's clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring partners to understand their recruitment needs and deliver high-quality candidates
  • Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates
  • Assist candidates with interview preparation and job readiness
  • Track candidate progress and placement outcomes to drive continuous improvement
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, placements, and feedback
  • Source candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in tech recruitment or a related field
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and skills, including Python, SQL, and Gen AI
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with recruitment software and tools, including ATS systems
  • Strong interest in technology and career development initiatives
  • Preferably BE/B. Tech graduates or MBA in HR

  • Experience working with remote teams or in a remote work environment
