About the Role

The Associate Principal Engineer - SAP SD Consultant role at Nagarro is a strategic position that requires a deep understanding of ERP processes, both technically and functionally. As a leader in the development of services, processes, and resources, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of Nagarro's customers on their journey to the cloud. You will be responsible for converting business requirements into effective SAP solutions, with a focus on customer satisfaction and service-oriented excellence.

As a key member of the team, you will be accountable for the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Cloud services, methodologies, and leadership. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide guidance on best-practice project scoping and delivery using SAP Activate methodology.

What You Will Do

  • Ensure customer success, satisfaction, and referenceability for all S/4HANA customers
  • Define methodology, tools, and processes for successful customer adoption
  • Establish and actively manage executive-level relationships with key customer stakeholders (LOB and IT)
  • Identify cross and upsell opportunities within existing customer engagements aligned with the customer's innovation strategy
  • Lead business requirements discussions with customers to implement S/4 HANA Cloud
  • Understand the SAP roadmap for S/4 HANA and become a trusted advisor for clients in driving their S/4 HANA adoption, be it private cloud or public cloud
  • Lead the Sales and Service track for implementing SAP S/4 HANA private/public cloud, including SD configurations within the system and providing end-support
  • Drive functional conversations and presentations with end-user clients as an SAP SME for SAP SD modules, according to business requirements
  • Provide guidance to customers through best-practice project scoping and delivery using SAP Activate methodology
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA Cloud architecture, including private and public cloud deployments

What We Are Looking For

  • Expert-level knowledge of SAP SD and SAP S/4HANA, including private and public cloud deployments
  • Experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA implementation, including SD configurations and end-support
  • Strong understanding of ERP processes, both technically and functionally
  • Ability to convert business requirements into effective SAP solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to drive functional conversations and presentations with end-user clients
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to establish and manage executive-level relationships with key customer stakeholders
  • Experience with SAP Activate methodology and best-practice project scoping and delivery
  • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to identify cross and upsell opportunities within existing customer engagements

  • Experience with cloud-based SAP implementations, including private and public cloud deployments
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Cloud architecture, including security and compliance considerations

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative development approaches
  • Experience with DevOps tools and technologies, including Jenkins and GitHub
