About the Role
The Associate Product Manager position at Automox is a pivotal role in the company's product organization, designed to support the growth and development of the team. Day-to-day, the Associate Product Manager will work closely with senior product managers and the UX team to drive the discovery, scoping, prioritization, and delivery of product areas. What You Will Do
- Support senior product managers and UX across discovery, scoping, prioritization, and delivery of product areas.
- Write clear, well-reasoned tickets and acceptance criteria that reflect the customer problem being solved.
- Maintain a current, evidence-backed understanding of your product area to inform product decisions.
- Assist in go-to-market and launch activities for new product features.
- Develop the habits of a product manager who thinks in outcomes, not features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure successful product launches.
- Work directly with the Senior Director of Product and Senior Product Managers to build skills and track record.
- Connect customer feedback and market trends to product roadmaps.
- Develop and maintain product documentation and knowledge bases.
- Participate in customer-facing activities to understand user needs and provide product feedback.

- 1-2 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital product development and the software development lifecycle.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
