Job Description

About the Role

Airtable is seeking an Associate Program Manager to provide critical operational and executional support across their Digital Programs portfolio. This role will act as a force multiplier for the team, owning day-to-day program operations to enable senior program managers to focus on strategy and scaling AI adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Manage course uploads, updates, and LMS administration for Airtable Academy
  • Coordinate publishing workflows for the Airtable Effect, the Digital Programs monthly newsletter
  • Support rolling cohorts of the AI Incubator bootcamp program
  • Maintain front-end experiences for Academy and Community, publishing page updates and promotions
  • Assist with post engagement, community moderation, and spam monitoring
  • Work with internal teams to coordinate and publish program communications and announcements
