About the Role
The Associate Program Manager position at Precision AQ is a critical component of the company's medical communications team, responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of client programs. This involves managing project timelines, workflows, and deliverables, acting as a central point of coordination across internal teams, clients, and external partners. The role is guided by a Program Director or Program Manager and offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, build strong client relationships, and grow expertise within a collaborative environment.Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing project workflows, facilitating internal and client meetings, and ensuring that deliverables progress on schedule. The position also involves managing medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) submissions, coordinating with vendors, and supporting financial tracking, including budgets and invoicing. Additionally, there will be opportunities to independently lead smaller projects, mentor junior team members, and contribute to the overall success of the team.
What You Will Do
- Manage project timelines, workflows, and deliverables to ensure successful execution of client programs.
- Act as a central point of coordination across internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Oversee project workflows and facilitate internal and client meetings.
- Ensure deliverables progress on schedule and manage any deviations from the plan.
- Assist in managing medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) submissions.
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners as necessary.
- Support financial tracking, including budgets and invoicing.
- Lead smaller projects independently and contribute to the development of junior team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful results.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and project delivery.
What We Are Looking For
- 2-3 years of experience in a client service, agency, or project coordination environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with project management tools and software.
- Knowledge of medical communications or a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
