About the Role

The Associate ServiceNow ITSM Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting the implementation and adoption of ServiceNow IT Service Management solutions across the organization. This role is critical in ensuring that the solutions align with business objectives and processes, thereby enhancing operational efficiency and service delivery. Working closely with various stakeholders, including IT teams and business units, the successful candidate will contribute to the development of business requirements, process flows, and user stories that underpin the ServiceNow platform's functionality.

What You Will Do
