What You Will Do

  • Create engaging content (posts, stories, videos, etc.) that reflects the company's mission and values
  • Manage and schedule content across all social media platforms
  • Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding
  • Analyze social media metrics to understand engagement levels and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and algorithm changes to continuously improve Nex's online presence
  • Work with influencers and partners to amplify Nex's reach and impact
  • Develop and manage social media campaigns to promote new experiences and features on Nex Playground
  • Ensure all social media content adheres to safety and privacy standards

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management or a related field
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and their respective audiences
  • Proven track record of creating engaging content that drives interaction and increases followers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.)
  • Knowledge of content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.)
