What You Will Do

• Develop comprehensive business requirement documents, use cases, and functional specifications
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions
• Analyze complex data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
• Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for growth
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative solutions
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure that solutions are technically feasible and meet business requirements
• Develop and maintain technical documentation to support knowledge sharing and continuity

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in working with software development projects
• Strong understanding of software development processes, software design, and programming languages
• Proficient in creating comprehensive and detailed business requirement documents, use cases, and functional specifications
• Knowledge of database systems, networking, and system architectures
• Ability to analyze complex data and identify opportunities for improvement
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders and collaborate effectively with the development team
• Proficient in research related to the industry and customer business and competition
• Experience with data analysis tools and techniques to identify patterns and trends
• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Experience with Agile development methodologies
