About the Role

As an Associate Support Engineer at Gitlab, you'll be embedded within the engineering department, working closely with customers, engineers, and the product team to resolve complex issues and improve the overall user experience. Your day may involve troubleshooting performance problems, diving deep into the codebase to fix customer issues, or contributing to the source code and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers daily to resolve difficult edge cases of running GitLab in complex environments
  • Collaborate with the product team to ensure bug reports are reproducible and contribute to the engineering team by fixing customer issues
  • Contribute to the source code, improve documentation, and help build more efficient support processes
