Associate/Senior Associate –Royalty Audit (US - Remote)

What You Will Do

• Assist and/or manage the execution of compliance audits for existing clients, including planning, execution, and reporting activities.
• Compile raw data, perform data analysis, and conduct product testing as part of the audit process.
• Conduct interviews with key licensee individuals to gather information relevant to the audit.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with team members and account managers across different regions.
• Travel up to 50% domestically or internationally as required for audits and client meetings.
• Apply your knowledge of accounting and auditing principles to identify and mitigate risks.
• Work collaboratively with experienced members of the team to deliver high-quality audit services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through professional and responsive communication.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact audit practices.

What We Are Looking For

• At least 3 years of experience in an accounting or finance department, with audit experience preferred but not required.
• Background or experience in data analytics, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• English fluency, both verbal and written, is essential for this role.
• Professional and personable demeanor, with the ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or an equivalent field, with MBA/CPA/CA or other relevant certifications being a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with Big Four accounting firms, although this is not a requirement.
• Knowledge of other data analytics tools beyond Excel.
• Experience in managing or contributing to global client projects.
• Certification in a relevant field, such as auditing or accounting.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the consulting industry.
