What You Will Do
- Assist and/or manage the execution of compliance audits for existing clients, including planning, execution, and reporting activities.
- Compile raw data, perform data analysis, and conduct product testing as part of the audit process.
- Conduct interviews with key licensee individuals to gather information relevant to the audit.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with team members and account managers across different regions.
- Travel up to 50% domestically or internationally as required for audits and client meetings.
- Apply your knowledge of accounting and auditing principles to identify and mitigate risks.
- Work collaboratively with experienced members of the team to deliver high-quality audit services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through professional and responsive communication.
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact audit practices.
What We Are Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in an accounting or finance department, with audit experience preferred but not required.
- Background or experience in data analytics, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- English fluency, both verbal and written, is essential for this role.
- Professional and personable demeanor, with the ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or an equivalent field, with MBA/CPA/CA or other relevant certifications being a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with Big Four accounting firms, although this is not a requirement.
- Knowledge of other data analytics tools beyond Excel.
- Experience in managing or contributing to global client projects.
