About the Role
The Atlassian Learning Solutions Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving customer engagement through tailored learning and certification experiences. As a key member of the ServiceRocket team, this individual will ensure that learning is seamlessly integrated into the customer journey, from onboarding to maturity. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the Atlassian ecosystem toolset and a proven ability to build high-value relationships in a B2B SaaS environment.The role involves working closely with customers to provide needs assessments, build training plans, and use data-driven tracking to ensure customers are not just using the tools, but mastering them. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned pro at live training, able to improvise and adapt on the fly, answering complex questions while keeping the class on track.

What You Will Do
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand customers' business challenges and skill gaps through interviews and product usage data
- Design customized learning success plans for individual customers, recommending the right mix of courses, workshops, and documentation to hit their goals
- Manage the end-to-end execution of live learning activities, including facilitation of high-impact sessions
- Recommend specific strategies to increase the learning maturity of the customer organization, acting as a motivator and expert for technical or pedagogical questions
- Work closely with content developers, account teams, and authorized training partners to coordinate high-impact learning experiences
- Track and report on learning progress using data-driven metrics to demonstrate ROI to stakeholders
- Proactively identify and resolve obstacles to customer learning success through consultative problem-solving
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Atlassian ecosystem toolset, including Jira, Confluence, and JSM
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted learning solutions
What We Are Looking For
- Technical toolset expertise, including a deep understanding of the Atlassian ecosystem toolset
- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as customer education, scaled success, or training
- Proven ability to build high-value relationships in a B2B SaaS environment
- Adult learning foundations, including a strong proficiency in instructional design and delivery
- Program management skills, including experience with ideation, scheduling, and resource management for complex training programs
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to track and report on learning progress
Nice to Have
- Experience with other learning management systems or tools, such as Learning Management Systems (LMS) or authoring tools
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git
- Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Certification in instructional design or a related field, such as CPTD or CID
