About the Role
The Audit Support Specialist role is a unique opportunity to work with leading AI research labs, evaluating AI-generated artifacts and providing feedback to enhance their quality. As a key member of the finance operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and rigor of AI-generated content, working independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines. The role is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in Australia.The day-to-day responsibilities of the role will involve evaluating AI-generated artifacts against domain-specific quality rubrics, identifying errors, and providing clear, structured written feedback. You will also collaborate with subject matter experts to maintain consistency and relevance across datasets, working to improve AI model performance.
The team you will be working with is dedicated to connecting elite creative and technical talent with leading AI research labs, and is backed by investors such as Benchmark, General Catalyst, and Peter Thiel.
What You Will Do
- Evaluate AI-generated artifacts against domain-specific quality rubrics to ensure accuracy and rigor
- Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks
- Provide clear, structured written feedback to enhance the quality of AI outputs
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to maintain consistency and relevance across datasets
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the quality rubrics and evaluation criteria
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in AI and finance operations
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for AI-generated content evaluation
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in finance operations or audit support
- Native or professional fluency in English
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and asynchronously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Advanced degree (Master's or higher) from a reputable institution

- Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools
