About the Role

What You Will Do
- Adjust and manage auto damage claims, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Conduct thorough investigations of claims, including reviewing police reports, medical records, and other relevant documentation
- Communicate with policyholders, repair shops, and other stakeholders to gather information and provide updates on claims status
- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including policyholders, repair shops, and other insurance professionals
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Collaborate with other teams, including underwriting and customer service, to ensure seamless and efficient claims processing
- Provide guidance and support to junior adjusters, helping to develop their skills and knowledge
- Participate in quality assurance and quality control initiatives, ensuring high standards of claims handling and customer service
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in auto damage adjusting, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of auto damage assessment and claims management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with policyholders, repair shops, and other stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and managing competing deadlines
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards, including those related to claims handling and customer service
