About the Role

What You Will Do
- Analyze business processes to identify areas for automation
- Develop automation solutions using RPA technology and AI
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and develop solutions
- Monitor and support existing automations
- Work closely with functional and technical support teams to improve the automation landscape
- Design and develop automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
- Translate business processes into effective automation solutions
- Take ownership of topics from discovery through delivery
- Maintain a strong focus on quality
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in RPA and AI technology
- Participate in the development of the company's automation strategy
What We Are Looking For
- Hands-on experience in RPA development, ideally within Microsoft Power Platform
- Strong understanding of business processes and ability to analyze and improve them
- Experience with AI technologies and ability to apply them to business problems
- Professional English skills, both written and spoken
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong focus on quality and attention to detail
- Experience with software development methodologies
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with broader Power Platform and IT environments
