About the Role

The Automation Engineer role at Syner-G is a critical position that involves designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions to enhance the efficiency and productivity of the company's operations. What You Will Do

  • Design, develop, and implement automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for automation and develop strategic plans
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for automation solutions
  • Test and deploy automation solutions, and provide training and support to end-users
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop recommendations for process enhancements
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions to meet these needs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Collaborate with the quality assurance team to develop and implement testing protocols for automation solutions

What We Are Looking For

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in automation engineering, software development, or a related field
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
  • Experience with automation tools and technologies, such as robotic process automation (RPA) or workflow automation
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment
  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and develop insights
  • Experience working in an agile development environment, with familiarity with methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
