About the Role
As an Automation QA Teaching Expert at TripleTen, you will play a crucial role in guiding students through their learning journey. Your expertise in automation testing, particularly with Python and Selenium, will be instrumental in helping students overcome challenges and achieve their goals. You will be part of a team of experienced professionals who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and experience with the next generation of developers.The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will include hosting live Q&A sessions, offering personalized support through 1:1 video calls, and leading live lessons on core program topics. You will also be responsible for reviewing student projects and providing feedback based on program standards. Your ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner will be essential in this role.

What You Will Do
- Host regular live Q&A sessions to help students unblock and progress confidently
- Offer personalized support through 1:1 video calls to answer questions and guide assignments
- Lead live lessons on core program topics and industry-relevant skills
- Share your professional insights and best practices to support the learning community
- Review student projects and provide feedback based on program standards
- Write clear, actionable feedback to help students improve and meet expectations
- Support students in text by explaining concepts, troubleshooting code, and clarifying project or review questions
- Collaborate with other instructors to develop and refine curriculum materials
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure that your knowledge and skills remain current
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of work experience in QA (automation, mobile experience is an advantage)
- Experience in automation of testing: Selenium + Python
- Familiarity with the command line, browser DevTools, Charles/Fiddler sniffers, API testing tools: SoapUI, Postman
- Basic knowledge of operating systems, networks, system architecture
- Familiarity with the basics of SQL
- Readiness to dedicate 40 hours a week to your students
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills
- Ability to work in a remote team and collaborate with colleagues from different time zones
Nice to Have
- Teaching or tutoring experience
- Experience as a student online, and the desire to help create the best place in the world to study QA Engineering
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git
- Experience with cloud-based testing platforms and tools
