What You Will Do
- Host regular live Q&A sessions to address student queries and provide guidance.
- Offer personalized support through one-on-one video calls to help students overcome obstacles and complete assignments.
- Respond to student inquiries via direct messages, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Lead live lessons on core program topics and industry-relevant skills, adapting your teaching style to meet the needs of your students.
- Share professional insights and best practices to foster a supportive learning community.
- Review student projects and provide detailed, actionable feedback based on program standards.
- Support students through text, explaining complex concepts, troubleshooting code issues, and clarifying project or review questions.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to develop and refine course materials, ensuring they remain relevant and effective.
What We Are Looking For
- At least 3 years of work experience in QA, with a focus on automation testing, preferably including mobile experience.
- Proficiency in Selenium and Python, with a solid understanding of how to apply these technologies in real-world testing scenarios.
- Familiarity with command line interfaces, browser DevTools, and network sniffing tools like Charles or Fiddler.
- Experience with API testing tools such as SoapUI or Postman.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts, understanding how data structures and querying languages are applied in software development.
- Familiarity with the principles of testing and test design, including methodologies and frameworks that guide the testing process.
- Readiness to commit 40 hours per week to supporting students, with flexibility in your schedule to accommodate the needs of a remote, global student body.
