About the Role
The Automation Readiness & Enablement Leader drives transformation across GE Vernova's global sites, partnering with plant teams to prepare for successful automation deployment.Responsibilities
- Partner with plant teams to plan, assess, and accelerate site readiness for automation projects
- Lead comprehensive readiness assessments covering lean maturity, digital systems, infrastructure, and workforce capability
- Deliver targeted on-site coaching and knowledge transfer to build local ownership and capability
- Collaborate with plant leadership, IT/OT teams, and facilities to coordinate upgrades and close gaps in digital or physical infrastructure
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in industrial transformation, lean operations, automation deployment, or plant engineering
- Expert in conducting operational assessments and implementing process improvements
