Automation Technical Architect- 10-15 Yrs Relevant Experience(WFH)

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, with experience in automation platforms and tools such as Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, and UiPath. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

The role will involve working on a range of automation projects, from robotic process automation (RPA) to intelligent process automation (IPA) and cognitive automation. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting ROI analysis, prototyping, and evaluating internal and external products to recommend the best solutions for business requirements.

What You Will Do

• Design and implement automation solutions for RPA, IPA, and cognitive automation
• Conduct ROI analysis and prototyping to evaluate the effectiveness of automation solutions
• Evaluate and recommend internal and external products to meet business requirements
• Work closely with IT teams and stakeholders to enforce best practices and standardize compliance
• Optimize automated systems and processes to drive business efficiency and growth
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to showcase automation capabilities and new features
• Support pre-sales activities and provide technical solutions to automate client requirements
• Anticipate, identify, and resolve technical issues and risks affecting delivery
• Assist the development team in resolving technical problems
• Assist support teams with technical expertise to resolve issues
• Coordinate and participate in structured peer reviews and walkthroughs

What We Are Looking For

• 10-15 years of relevant experience in automation technical architecture
• Experience in automation platforms and tools such as Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, and UiPath
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, and C#
• Experience in cloud infrastructure management and scripting concepts
• Strong understanding of databases, SQL, and NoSQL
• Experience in developing solutions using MS Power Apps and other low-code platforms
• Experience with DevOps and agile methodologies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI and machine learning technologies
• Knowledge of cloud-based automation platforms and tools
• Certification in automation technical architecture or a related field
• Experience with IT service management and incident management
