About the Role

The Automations Engineer role at Elevenlabs is a unique opportunity to design and build the next generation of tooling for go-to-market teams. What You Will Do

  • Own the design and implementation of internal tools and infrastructure that directly support revenue teams
  • Build AI agents to automate processes, surface insights, and integrate data across multiple tools and resources
  • Partner with strategy and operations teams to deeply understand the customer and sales lifecycle, then automate, optimize, and reimagine it with code
  • Own and launch experiments to identify new ways to scale and optimize Elevenlabs operations
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and implement solutions that drive business growth
  • Use data and analytics to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of solutions
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge bases to support the engineering team
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the overall code quality
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to continuously improve solutions

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on full-stack development
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar
  • Experience with AI and machine learning technologies, including natural language processing and computer vision
  • Excellent understanding of Excel and its applications in business operations
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand the needs of revenue teams
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS or Google Cloud
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns

Nice to Have

  • Experience with GTM and sales operations
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or Pardot
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
