About the Role
As an Automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician at Dent Wizard, you'll be responsible for repairing minor dents and dings on various vehicles using the company's proprietary PDR process. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You'll travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site, reviewing completed work with customers, walking lots, writing work orders, and negotiating approvals.The PDR process is a specialized skill that requires patience, dedication, and a willingness to learn. What You Will Do
- Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings using Dent Wizard's proprietary PDR process
- Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals
- Build strong customer relationships and promote Dent Wizard's services
- Work independently to manage your day, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge and skill in the PDR process
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Maintain a high level of organization, attention to detail, and quality control
- Meet and exceed customer expectations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
What We Are Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
- Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks
- Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer skills, including Excel
- Ability to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
