What You Will Do
- Design, configure, and deploy AV systems and equipment, including audio and video conferencing systems, displays, microphones, and control systems.
- Manage AV infrastructure, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide timely resolutions to ensure uninterrupted AV services.
- Support remote, executive, and in-person events, including setup, testing, and operation of AV equipment, ensuring seamless audio and visual experiences.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, event planners, and vendors to determine AV requirements and provide expert guidance on technical capabilities and limitations.
- Assist executives and presenters with AV setup and troubleshooting during industry conferences and high-profile events.
- Stay updated with the latest AV technology trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of AV capabilities.
- Conduct training sessions and create user documentation to empower employees to effectively utilize AV systems and equipment.
