Job Description

About the Role

The B2B Banking Relationships Specialist role at FYST is a key position that involves managing the day-to-day operations of correspondence with banks. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the company's documents are prepared and information is provided to the banks in compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This role is critical to the company's success, as it enables the business to pass banks' KYC Due Diligence successfully and open B2B accounts in banks and EMIs as needed.

The role is part of a dynamic team that is passionate about fintech and committed to delivering exceptional results. The team is led by an experienced Team Lead who provides guidance and support to ensure that all tasks are completed within agreed timescales.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of correspondence with banks
  • Prepare and provide documents to banks in compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Ensure that the company passes banks' KYC Due Diligence successfully
  • Open B2B accounts in banks and EMIs as needed
  • Analyze risk areas and enhance controls and document procedures
  • Complete ad-hoc tasks given by the Team Lead within agreed timescales
  • Work with financial documents and analyze risk areas
  • Ensure that all tasks are completed with a high degree of accuracy
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

What We Are Looking For

  • At least 1 year of proven experience in a legal, project management, or compliance role
  • Understanding of AML/KYC procedures
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize work
  • Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
  • University degree in Law, Economics, Management, or a related field
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English (not less than B2) and fluent Russian
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote setting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Excel and other financial document analysis tools
