About the Role
The B2B Content Writer position at INFUSE involves creating high-quality, strategic content for various industries. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for developing long-form content such as eBooks, whitepapers, and guides, as well as shorter pieces like newsletters and marketing emails. Your primary goal will be to craft compelling content that resonates with the target audience, driving engagement and conversion.You will work closely with the marketing team to understand the company's goals and objectives, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Your expertise in content creation, combined with your ability to adapt to different writing styles and formats, will enable you to make a significant impact on INFUSE's marketing efforts.
The role requires a strong understanding of SEO principles and the ability to optimize content for search engines. You will also be expected to experiment with AI tools to streamline content creation, ensuring that your work is both efficient and effective.
What You Will Do
- Develop high-quality, engaging content for various formats, including long-form pieces like eBooks and whitepapers
- Create shorter content such as newsletters, marketing emails, and social media posts
- Conduct research to stay current with industry trends and best practices
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand company goals and objectives
- Optimize content for search engines using SEO principles
- Utilize AI tools to enhance content creation efficiency and quality
- Edit and revise content to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Develop a deep understanding of the target audience and craft content that resonates with them
- Stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously
What We Are Looking For
- Excellent writing skills, with a portfolio that demonstrates range across long-form and short-form B2B content
- Native-level English (or C1 minimum)
- Active use of AI tools to build workflows, projects, or processes that improve content quality or efficiency
- 2+ years of experience writing B2B content
- Experience ghostwriting for senior executives, including thought leadership and LinkedIn content
- Strong research skills and the ability to construct a compelling argument from complex source material
- Ability to adapt writing style and voice to suit different audiences, platforms, and content formats
- Technical writing experience (preferred)
- Experience writing across multiple industries (preferred)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong understanding of SEO
- Experience with uploading and editing content in WordPress
Nice to Have
- Experience with Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
- Familiarity with content management systems and marketing automation platforms
- Certification in content marketing or a related field
