About the Role

The B2B Growth Marketing - Agents role at Elevenlabs is a unique opportunity for a skilled growth marketer to build pipeline for the ElevenLabs Agents Platform. As a key member of the team, you will own the strategy and execution for 1:1 and 1:few account-based plays across a defined set of target accounts. Your primary goal will be to increase stakeholder engagement, accelerate stage progression, and grow the percentage of named accounts that convert into opportunities.

As an ABM-focused growth marketer, you will partner closely with Sales and Forward Deployed Engineers to translate account insights into revenue impact. This will involve researching accounts and buying committees, identifying triggers and intent signals, and turning those signals into sharp hypotheses about customer needs. You will then build and iterate on the assets and motions that move accounts forward, including role-based messaging, landing pages, and account-specific narratives.

The ideal candidate will be a data-driven professional with a strong ability to research target accounts, identify triggers and intent, and synthesize data into actionable insights. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of autonomy, so the ability to set up measurement to understand what's working, report on account progression and pipeline impact, and iterate quickly to improve performance is essential.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute account-based marketing strategies to drive pipeline growth for the ElevenLabs Agents Platform
  • Research target accounts and buying committees to identify triggers and intent signals
  • Build and iterate on assets and motions to move accounts forward, including role-based messaging and landing pages
  • Partner with Sales and Forward Deployed Engineers to translate account insights into revenue impact
  • Set up measurement to understand what's working, report on account progression and pipeline impact, and iterate quickly to improve performance
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the target accounts, including their business needs and challenges
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic account planning and execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing strategies

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably with a focus on account-based marketing
  • Strong ability to research target accounts, identify triggers and intent, and synthesize data into actionable insights
  • Experience with Excel and data analysis tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of autonomy
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to set up measurement to understand what's working, report on account progression and pipeline impact, and iterate quickly to improve performance
  • Experience working with Sales and Forward Deployed Engineers to translate account insights into revenue impact
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices
