Job Description

About the Role

As a B2B Marketing professional at Elevenlabs, you will be responsible for leading the company's expansion into the French market. This is a high-velocity role that requires a mix of creativity, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently. You will be the local 'Source of Truth' for marketing and growth, acting as a creative, an analyst, a coordinator, and an operator all at once.

Your day-to-day activities will involve defining and owning regional growth strategies, implementing projects from start to finish, and owning decisions and outcomes entirely. You will need to be comfortable with the 'zero-to-one' phase of regional growth and have a strong drive to succeed.

What You Will Do

  • Define and own regional growth strategies and channels
  • Implement projects from start to finish, owning decisions and outcomes entirely
  • Build and execute complex, multi-language outbound sequences
  • Organize local industry events, user conferences, and webinars
  • Collaborate with performance marketing on ABM initiatives and localized retargeting
  • Monitor campaign performance, produce executive-level reporting, and recommend data-driven optimizations
  • Adapt Elevenlabs' global voice to resonate deeply with French business cultures
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in Excel
  • Proven track record of driving growth and implementing successful marketing campaigns
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong understanding of the French market and business culture
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Experience with AI-powered marketing tools and technologies

Nice to Have

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms
  • Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
