About the Role

As a B2B Marketing professional at Elevenlabs, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth in Korea. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve shaping the local growth strategy, generating leads, and nurturing pipelines. You will be working closely with the performance marketing team to optimize retargeting and ABM initiatives.

Elevenlabs is an AI research and product company that has revolutionized the way we interact with technology. With a strong focus on innovation and excellence, the company has expanded its platforms to include ElevenAgents, ElevenCreative, and ElevenAPI. As a member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for organizing events, producing thought leadership content, and crafting sales collateral.

The role requires a high level of autonomy and the ability to work independently. You will be expected to take ownership of your projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results. With a strong product marketing instinct, you will be able to understand the customer base and craft compelling positioning and messaging.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute high-impact demand generation campaigns, including webinars, white papers, and e-books
  • Organize and host Enterprise events, user conferences, and industry tradeshows
  • Collaborate with the performance marketing team to optimize retargeting and ABM initiatives
  • Produce thought leadership content to drive awareness and generate leads
  • Craft sales collateral, including sales sheets and case studies
  • Identify top-tier partnership and sponsorship opportunities
  • Monitor campaign performance and produce executive-level reporting
  • Recommend optimizations to improve campaign results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and results

What We Are Looking For

  • Professionally fluent Korean and English speaker
  • Previous experience owning a pipeline generation target
  • Proven ability to plan and execute high-impact demand generation campaigns
  • Strong product marketing instincts and understanding of the customer base
  • Ability to identify emerging trends, buying-cycle shifts, and tech priorities
  • Experience monitoring campaign performance and producing executive-level reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with AI-driven technologies
  • Knowledge of the Korean market and industry trends
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and tools
  • Certification in marketing or a related field
