About the Role
The B2B Marketing Lead position at Elevenlabs is a critical component of the company's expansion into Central and Eastern Europe. As a seasoned marketer, you will be responsible for driving regional growth through aggressive lead generation and brand awareness. You will be the local 'Source of Truth' for marketing, acting as a creative, an analyst, and an operator all at once. Your day-to-day tasks will involve developing and executing complex, multi-language outbound sequences, organizing local industry events, and collaborating with performance marketing on ABM initiatives.The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys the complexity of multi-lingual markets and has the drive to implement projects from start to finish while owning the outcome entirely. What You Will Do
- Develop and execute regional growth strategies to expand Elevenlabs' presence in Central and Eastern Europe
- Build and execute complex, multi-language outbound sequences to generate leads and raise brand awareness
- Organize and execute local industry events, user conferences, and webinars to showcase Elevenlabs' products and services
- Collaborate with performance marketing on ABM initiatives and localized retargeting
- Analyze campaign performance, produce executive-level reporting, and recommend data-driven optimizations
- Adapt Elevenlabs' global voice to resonate deeply with the local business cultures in Central and Eastern Europe
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry leaders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly
- Manage and allocate marketing budget to achieve maximum ROI
What We Are Looking For
- Fluent Polish and English speaker
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a tech or AI company
- Strong understanding of Excel and data analysis
- Ability to develop and execute complex marketing strategies
- Experience in organizing and executing events, conferences, and webinars
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams
