About the Role

As a B2B Marketing Lead for the DACH region at Elevenlabs, you will be at the forefront of the company's expansion into this critical market. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing and executing aggressive lead generation and brand awareness strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing campaign performance to drive data-driven optimizations. You will be the local 'source of truth' for marketing in the DACH region, acting as a creative, analyst, and operator all at once. This role matters because it will directly contribute to Elevenlabs' mission to transform how we interact with technology through AI.

The team you will be working with is composed of talented individuals from various backgrounds, including researchers, engineers, and operators. As a B2B Marketing Lead, you will be working closely with these platforms to drive growth and adoption in the DACH region.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute multi-language outbound sequences to generate leads and increase brand awareness in the DACH region.
  • Own the end-to-end organization of local industry events, user conferences, and webinars.
  • Collaborate with the performance marketing team on ABM initiatives and localized retargeting campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance, produce executive-level reporting, and recommend data-driven optimizations.
  • Adapt Elevenlabs' global voice to resonate deeply with the German, Austrian, and Swiss business cultures.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners in the DACH region.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
  • Manage and optimize the marketing budget for the DACH region.

What We Are Looking For

  • Native German speaker with fluent English skills.
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the DACH region.
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience with Excel and other marketing tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal bureaucracy.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in managing and executing multi-language marketing campaigns.
