About the Role

The B2B Marketing Lead NORDICS role is a unique opportunity to drive growth and brand awareness in the NORDICS region. As a key member of the Elevenlabs team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that resonate with local businesses and cultures. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing lead generation campaigns, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results.

The NORDICS region presents a complex and exciting challenge, with multiple languages and markets to navigate. To succeed, you will need to be a creative and analytical thinker, able to adapt Elevenlabs' global voice to resonate deeply with local businesses. You will also need to be a skilled operator, able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute multi-lingual marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness in the NORDICS region
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including performance marketing and sales, to drive results
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to achieve ROI goals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local businesses and partners
  • Create and edit marketing content, including social media posts, blog articles, and email campaigns
  • Manage and analyze marketing data to inform future campaigns and strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and growth

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the NORDICS region
  • Fluency in one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish) and English
  • Proven track record of driving growth and brand awareness through marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and analyze large datasets
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and tools, such as Marketo or Hubspot
  • Strong understanding of AI-driven marketing and its applications in the B2B space
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, autonomous environment, with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability

Nice to Have

  • Experience with ABM initiatives and localized retargeting
  • Knowledge of the latest marketing trends and technologies, including AI-driven marketing and account-based marketing
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or Mixpanel
  • Experience with content creation and editing, including social media posts, blog articles, and email campaigns
  • Certification in marketing, such as Hubspot or Google Analytics
