What You Will Do
- Develop and execute paid media, SEO, and CRO campaigns for a portfolio of clients
- Analyze campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
- Develop strategic plans to optimize campaign results and drive client growth
- Collaborate with the client services team to ensure that client needs are met
- Work closely with the performance marketing team to develop and execute campaigns
- Manage and optimize campaign budgets to ensure maximum ROI
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Communicate campaign results and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a performance marketing agency
- Strong understanding of paid media, SEO, and CRO principles and strategies
- Experience with campaign management and optimization tools such as Google Ads and Adobe Analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop strategic plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with clients and internal stakeholders
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Experience with marketing automation tools such as Marketo or Pardot
- Strong understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs, with the ability to develop and track campaign metrics
Nice to Have
- Experience with marketing analytics tools such as Google Tag Manager or Adobe Analytics
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS, with the ability to develop and implement campaign landing pages
- Experience with content management systems such as WordPress or Drupal
