What You Will Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive business growth in the Singapore market
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and analyze market trends
- Analyze campaign results, identify areas for improvement, and develop data-driven strategies to drive growth
- Manage complex outbound sequences to reach enterprise decision-makers
- Organize high-impact events, webinars, and trade shows from start to finish
- Craft compelling sales collateral, thought leadership content, and messaging tailored to the regional tech landscape
- Identify and orchestrate top-tier local partnerships and sponsorships
- Work closely with the performance team on retargeting and ABM
- Dive deep into the numbers to analyze what’s working and optimize marketing campaigns accordingly
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on Mandarin-speaking markets
- Proven track record of driving business growth through marketing campaigns
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Strong understanding of the Singaporean market, including local trends, regulations, and cultural nuances
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong proficiency in Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders
- Experience with Excel, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets
